Self-employed, One Optimization
October 2023 - Now
Thanks to my latest experiences and certifications, I was able to confirm the acquisition of my skills. I was also able to measure the fundamental challenge of implementing connected solutions at affordable costs, in any company.
This is why I decided to set up my own company with a very specific target and method: the objective is to offer small or even medium-sized businesses help in the digitalization of their processes. Indeed, the goal is not to offer an integral solution such as the implementation of an ERP but rather very targeted solutions on overly time-consuming processes which can be simplified with easy-to-use digital tools and which require little maintenance.
That being said, I therefore offer tailor-made solutions at very competitive prices.

Supplier, Maison Johanès Boubée (MJB)
September 2022 - September 2024
Finally, after several student jobs, I recently put my luggage in the offices of the head office of MJB, in Bordeaux Centre. Subsidiary of Carrefour Groupe and specialized in wines and spirits, this company welcomes me as an apprentice until August 2024.
I therefore hold the position of supplier in the distributed supply department (wine already bottled by external suppliers). I now have several missions including the management of a supplier portfolio and continuous improvement projects.
I deal with suppliers who offer us many different references, which represents large volumes, in France and in Italia. One of the resulting missions is the optimization of orders in order to improve the filling rate of trucks and to limit the number of door openings but also the number of documents.
My main mission, however, remains the optimization and progressive automation of orders by updating the database of references in order to reparameterize the articles on a timing specific to each type of article. These updates are based on extractions via Power BI reprocessed on Excel / VBA and reintroduced on SAP once the changes have been made.
I have also participated to the reworking of the new national supply strategy for all the providers and I could develop and deploy an application which allows to manage new goods' disputes from the docks ! This application was deployed on all our warehouses.
Commercial employee, Carrefour Market
November 2021 - April 2022
First only in the morning, before classes, during my first year of bachelor's degree, then every morning in summer 2022, before working in the warehouse in the afternoon and finally only on Saturday mornings since the start of the second year bachelor's degree, I was able to practice many missions that were very different from each other.
I've started by doing shelf placement in grocery stores (dry products) then in frozen and fresh foods (which involves rotating dates).
After a few months I was appointed head of the Self Service Butchery/Poultry department and I was thus able to take care of the labeling of prices and POS advertising, inventories, placing orders and of course shelving. By placing orders as accurately as possible while reducing breakage, I managed to obtain a net margin 5% higher than the requested margins.
I was also able to take care of receptions of deliveries, price audits and even management of the store's Instagram account (creation and publication of posts).
Dock agent / Order picker, Olano Logistics
July 2022 - August 2022
At the end of my internship, the logistics department of Olano Bordeaux offered me to continue my experience on fixed-term contracts, for the summer, as an order picker (frozen products) and dock agent ((un)loading of trucks). I was also able during this period to attend the inventories.
Logistics Operations Agent (Internship), Olano Logistics
May 2022 - June 2022
At the end of my first year in Bachelor, I did a one-month internship in the logistics operations of Olano Bordeaux (in Canéjan more precisely). I was able to discover the management of a warehouse and the teams that work there while handling for the first time a WMS (Warehouse Management System) and various commercial and transport documents (PO, invoices, CMR, .. .). I was also able to understand and map the flows circulating in the warehouse.
Telesecretary, CSRD
January 2021 - June 2022
First CDI that I signed, I held this position shortly after deciding to reorient myself. First part-time then full-time and only on weekends to finish, at the company's headquarters in Bordeaux Bastide then teleworking; for a year and a half, I was in charge of managing a portfolio of companies and professionals who subcontracted their telephone lines to us. They entrusted us with their appointments and the transmission of information to the on-call staff.
I even had the opportunity to train newcomers to the company.
Student jobs
June 2018 - August 2020
In high school, I was able to work two very diverse jobs.
First of all, a job as a maintenance agent for the Château de Salles Residence during the summer of 2018 where, in teams of 3 or 4,we were cleaning the villas on site to get them ready for new tenants.
But during my final year I was also able to give private lessons to a first year student in math in particular but also in physics and chemistry.
